Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Auralis5, operated by Blue Horizon Traders.
We take great pride in the quality of our perfumes and the “Olfactory Twins” we engineer. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal fragrance), we enforce a strict Returns and Exchange Policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
- General Policy: No Refunds
Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of perfume products, we do not offer monetary refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered.
We only offer exchanges in specific cases outlined below (Damaged in Transit or Wrong Item Received). We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” if the product seal has been broken or the product has been used.
- Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return (for exchange purposes), your item must meet the following strict criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Seals: The specific perfume bottle box seal must be intact. If the cellophane wrap, sticker seal, or box seal is broken, tampered with, or removed, the return will be immediately rejected.
Reporting Window: You must report any issue (damage or wrong item) within 24 hours of the delivery time stamped by our courier partner. Reports made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Damaged or Defective Items (Exchange Only)
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping (e.g., broken bottle, leakage), we will happily exchange it for a fresh unit of the same product. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
You must record a video while opening the parcel for the first time.
The video must clearly show the shipping label, the condition of the outer box, and the condition of the inner product without any cuts or edits.
Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process your claim for damage or leakage.
How to Claim an Exchange for Damage:
Record your unboxing video.
Email us at support@auralis5.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your Order Number, a description of the damage, and attach the video/photos.
Once approved, we will arrange for the replacement.
- Wrong Item Received
In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered:
Do not break the seal or open the product box.
Email us within 24 hours with your Order Number and a photo of the product received.
We will verify the issue and arrange for an exchange to get you the correct item. We do not offer refunds for wrong items sent; we will simply correct the mistake.
- Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your order before shipping, a 2% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover payment gateway processing charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Post-Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Return Shipping Costs
For Damaged/Wrong Items: We (Blue Horizon Traders) will handle the logistics for exchanging damaged or wrong items.
For Voluntary Returns (Sealed Items Only): If you wish to return a completely sealed, unopened product for any other reason (subject to our approval), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. - Contact Us
